The Active Walker is designed to help with mobility and disabled people and does not include VAT, there is however a VAT option. If you are VAT exempt ie disabled or a registered charity, please complete the VAT Exemption Form here.
Returns Policy
Access Needs accept returns in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. This permits a customer 14 days from delivery date to return the goods at the buyers expense. Should you wish to return goods you must contact Access Needs to advise the reason for the return. Any damages to goods during transit must be reported within 72hrs maximum of delivery without exception. If the wrong goods were despatched, or damaged in transit or faulty, then Access Needs will cover the cost of return postage if the customer wishes to return. If a replacement is requested, we will despatch this at our cost. All item/s returned to us, other than faulty or damaged items, must be unused, in it's original packaging if applicable, and in re-saleable condition. Upon Access Needs receiving the return, If this is judged not to be the case, or there is any sign of misuse while in your possession, then Access Needs has the legal right to refuse the return. We highly recommend a tracked courier service is used for returns and proof of despatch obtained. Refunds are only payable once we have received goods back in their original condition and will be paid to the buyer by the same payment method originally used. Access Needs aim to deliver the best service to our customers so we request that positive Feedback should always be left as the final part of the returns process.

Delivery Policy
The Active Walker is available VAT free for all disabled persons and registered charities. Delivery is arranged upon receipt of a completed VAT Exemption form, and is sent via Parcelforce 48 service. Delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses with a carriage supplement applicable to non-UK mainland addresses.
Payment
We accept BOTH Paypal & Credit/Debit cards as method of payment. Alternatively Bank Transfer on request or payments over the phone.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting our customers security. The use of Paypal or via card ensures all transactions are secure and we do not store any of our customers payment details.
