- Standard delivery (2 working days) is available free of charge
- We also offer next day delivery for a small supplement (£5). Please request next day delivery upon ordering.
- We use Parcelforce for all our deliveries with tracking numbers available upon request.

Returns & Guarantees
Access Needs are very serious about our customer service so please do not hesitate to get in tough if there is a problem with your delivery or if there is damage to your Walker when it arrives.
In addition we offer a guarantee of 12 months on the walker against manufacturing defects. In addition we offer a guarantee of 5 years on the walker's braking system under normal usage. The guarantee does not cover abuse of the product or normal wear from usage (for example wear on the tyres or handles).
Some parts on the rollator are replaceable if they were down or are damaged through general wear and tear. These include the wheels, handles and brake handles.
